Making Reservations

  You are booking a specific time slot at Ohiopyle Paintball.  We do not double book time slots. The “new normal” has dictated we run all games as private games – at no additional charge to you -  so you are playing with who you choose. We no longer run add-on games. 

 We ask you arrive prior to that time to fill out the paperwork and drive to the field. 

We do allow time for the ref’s talk before going on the field. 

How you choose to use – or not to use – the time slot is your choice. 

  We schedule our staff members when reservations are made.  On your game day, if you need to delay your start time AND the time is available, there  is  a  

$10.00  per 30-minute increment fee.

To completely reschedule a game to a different day, a fee of 10% of your total will be charged.

COME PREPARED TO PLAY - RAIN OR SHINE!   

In instances of lightening, Ohiopyle Paintball is required to wait 30 minutes.

This time will not be taken off your game play time

 If after 30 minutes your game cannot resume, options are available to your group.

On regular games – Bachelor Parties and Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert games: 

If you have more than half your time slot is remaining,

you can choose to reschedule your game during the 2020 season.

We will add half of the remaining time to the rescheduled game at no additional charge.

We will calculate the number of paintballs you have remaining and will have that number available for your rescheduled game. 

On regular games – Bachelor Parties and Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert games:

If you have less than half your field time remaining,

you can choose to take a 10% discount on your next game during the 2020 Season,

 OR take 10% off the cost of any additional paint you purchased 

 for the game you were currently playing. 

Options on Birthday Party and Covid-19 game specials will be discussed as needed. 

Ohiopyle Paintball does not offer game cancellations with less than 30 days notice. With more than the 30 day notice a  10% fee will be charged.
